Refund policy

We hope you love your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Please note:
• Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
