What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
If more than 14 days have passed, you may still exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that custom or personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Are the rosaries blessed before sending them?
No. Rosaries are not blessed before they are sent.
In the Catholic Church, only a priest or bishop can impart a blessing to a rosary. This also allows you to have your rosary blessed by your own parish priest, making it even more personal to your faith journey.

Store your rosary in its pouch or gift box when not in use. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, and handle it gently to help preserve its beauty for years to come.
